Refunds are provided only in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled, the wrong product has been delivered, or the product arrives damaged and is verified by our team.
Customers must report any issue regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once the refund request is received, our support team will review the request and may ask for images, videos, invoice copies, or other supporting documents.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase whenever possible.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a verified defective product.
Orders cancelled before shipment may be eligible for a full refund after verification by RK Spare Parts.
