1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if they receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-functional product.

2. Return Request Time

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

3. Conditions For Return

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be available.
  • Product should not be damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Product must match the item originally delivered by RK Spare Parts.

4. Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or installed spare parts.
  • Electrical items damaged due to improper installation.
  • Special order or custom-order products.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

5. Return Verification

RK Spare Parts may request product photos, videos, invoice copies, or other details before approving a return request.

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be required to return the product to our designated address. Return shipping responsibility will be determined after verification.

7. Inspection Process

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our team. After successful verification, replacement, exchange, or refund options may be provided based on the situation.

8. Processing Time

Return requests are generally reviewed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
